Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Intern, Quality Co-Op in Holland, MI to support quality assurance activities at Holland operations, working with the US & Asia Quality Manager. You will gain hands-on exposure to ISO 9001 audits, final inspections, document control, and NCR tracking in a globally respected water technology company.

Qualifications

• In-progress BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean and 5S practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ISO 9001 internal audits and audit schedules.
• Support quality paperwork and final inspections as needed.
• Help monitor open NCRs weekly and maintain documentation.
• Assist with updating ISO documentation and standard work.
• Collaborate with QA team to address production QA needs.

This role is responsible to perform the local and corporate responsibilities listed below. This role will work directly with the Treatment US & Asia Quality Manager to support the business objectives.
