Responsibilities

  • Support the Claims Property Analyst group
  • Use analytical skills to develop and enhance unique proprietary business tools that drive optimization and consolidation of agent partners' business
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs
  • Assist in developing tools, processes and reporting analytics in support of business growth
  • Communicate with customers, external partners and internal departments frequently
  • Develop data and reports for field and customers to articulate value to agent partners and customers
  • Provide accurate analytical support to team ensuring results are validated and accurate
  • Summarize information and effectively communicate analyses in writing and verbally to internal partners
  • Assist in various projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Create and present a final presentation for management and leadership at internship close

SUMMER INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:

The Hanover’s Internship Program provides college students with the opportunity to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your academic knowledge, and match your interests to a real job.
Through the 10-week summer program (June – mid August), You will:

  • Take on meaningful projects and work alongside some of the very best talent in the industry
  • Be supported and mentored by a community of exceptional talent (leaders, managers, subject matter experts and recent graduates)
  • Participate in a cross-functional team building project focused on corporate philanthropy
  • Attend weekly development workshops with your intern peers
  • Join in engagement and social activities with other interns

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience.
