Job summary

Placer County Office of Education is seeking a PK-3 Intern Program Coach/Instructor to provide instruction, coaching and support aligned with California standards and program expectations. Under supervision of the Executive Director, Leadership and Learning Collaborative, you will guide teachers and interns to meet performance expectations.

General Purpose

Full Time

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, Leadership and Learning Collaborative, the PK-3 Intern Program Coach/Instructor provides instruction, coaching and support aligned to California State Standards, Preliminary and Intern Program Standards and Teaching Performance Expectations.

Requirements/Qualifications

At least three years of teaching experience within the credential area.

Expertise and experience in areas related to teaching and coaching adult learners.

Must possess a valid CA Clear credential aligned to the intern program.

• PK-3 program - PK-3 Early Childhood Education Specialist Instruction, Multiple Subject.
• Special Education program - Education Specialist Mild/Moderate, Mild to Moderate Support Needs, Moderate/Severe or Extensive Support Needs

Required Documents

• Copy of Transcript (Master's Degree Preferred)
• Credential Copy (a valid CA Clear credential aligned to the intern program)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two Letters of Recommendation - signed and dated)
