Job summary

The Hartford is offering a Student Intern - HHSIAN program in Hartford, CT. This 10–11 week internship focuses on developing leadership and functional skills across Product Development, Business Intelligence, pricing, and state product management.

You will join a hybrid team with 3 days in the office, engaging in coaching, mentoring, and a capstone project with peers, while exploring early career opportunities for future full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Students expected to graduate between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028 with a bachelor’s degree and GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
• Demonstrate high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, change agility, and teamwork skills.
• Leadership experience outside of the classroom.

Responsibilities

The ECLDP internship program is an 10-11 week experience that includes formal and experiential learning, volunteerism, and networking.

Additional Details:

• This is a hybrid role aligned to our Hartford CT office (3 days in office)

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
