Job summary

The Hartford is launching the EM08HE Product LDP, an eighteen-month talent development program in Hartford, CT. You will rotate through Product Development, State Product Management, BI, and Performance Analytics to build leadership and functional skills.

Expected graduation in May/June 2027 with a STEM or business degree and GPA 3.2+. Hybrid role with three days in the Hartford office, start date July 20, 2027, and a base pay range of $60,000–$90,000 plus rewards.

The ECLDP is an eighteen month talent development program based on formal and experiential learning with coaching, mentoring and feedback for leadership development.

What is The Hartford looking for?

• Students expecting to graduate in May or June of 2027 with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business field and a GPA of 3.2 or higher at graduation
• Must have a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative and process improvement
• Demonstrate strong communication, change agility and team skills
• Ability to analyze and reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience outside of the classroom

Additional Details:

• This is a hybrid role aligned to our Hartford CT office (3 days in office)
• The anticipated Start Date is July 20, 2027

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$60,000 - $90,000
