Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, invites undergraduates and graduates to join its System Enablement and Test Development teams as an Intern System Compatibility Engineer in Boise, Idaho.

You will gain hands-on experience with platform bring-up, memory validation, automation, and AI-enabled engineering workflows, mentored by experienced engineers and exposed to DRAM, BIOS and firmware interactions.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in a technical field and continuing education after internship.
• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and computer architecture.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, C++, or similar languages, gained through coursework or projects.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and support systems in Linux, Windows, and UEFI environments with documentation for repeatable execution.
• Implement memory validation activities for compatibility, stability, and performance.
• Reproduce, triage, collect logs, and support corrective actions using structured analysis methods.
• Build or refine automation using Python, PowerShell, C++, or related languages and validate AI-assisted code and results.
