Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, ID is seeking a DRAM Customer Enablement Intern to gain hands-on experience with memory technologies, platforms, and automation tools. You will work with engineers on DRAM validation, platform enablement, reliability analysis, and automation improvements.

The role emphasizes curiosity, collaboration, and learning hardware and software in a supportive engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field.
• Basic programming experience in Python, C/C++, or a comparable language.
• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills through coursework or projects.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team with strong written and verbal communication.
• Interest in learning emerging technologies including AI-assisted engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Support bring‑up, validation, and debugging of server, client, and mobile platforms using Micron DRAM tech.
• Analyze data to identify performance trends, reliability concerns, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain software tools, automation frameworks, dashboards, and reports using Python.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams on DRAM reliability and customer enablement activities.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve software development and automation workflows.
