Job summary

Inter Miami CF LLC is offering a paid Number 10 Internship in Operations for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort. This part-time internship supports the daily activities required to operate stadiums, training facilities and events, with set up/breakdown and facility upkeep.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Sports Management or related programs, able to multitask, bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, and capable of working non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management or related field.
• Able to multitask, learn quickly and work independently.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stadium and training facility setup and breakdown.
• Support team operational requests.
• Assist with facility upkeep.
• Work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Participate in facility walk-throughs and special projects.

Position Summary

Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Operations support the daily activities required to operate, maintain and service the stadium, training facility and events.

This is a paid, part-time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stadium and training facility set up and breakdown.
• Assist with any team operational requests or needs.
• Assist with facility upkeep
• Work flexible and varied hours as scheduled, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in periodic facility walk throughs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program
• Self-starter who is able to multi-task, learn quickly and work independently and within a team
• Ability to work non-traditional hours and in various settings
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior operations, events, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus
• Passion for fútbol is a plus
