Job summary

Micron Technology in Idaho is seeking a data-focused engineer to collaborate across teams, clarify project requirements, design optimal solutions, and document technical specs and tests. You will engage with end users during integration and UAT, and leverage AI tools to automate data tasks and scripting.

A strong multi-language skill set and analytics mindset are essential. Ideal candidates have experience with SQL/Snowflake/MongoDB, C# and Python, and proficiency in Excel/Tableau for data

Qualifications

• Understanding of core database management methods, covering relational (SQL, Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB) data stores.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Perl, Python, VBA (C#, Python preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills with ability to plan, drive, and complete projects effectively.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Tableau or other data management and visualization software.
• Familiarity with using AI to automate process, organize data or scripting creation.

• Working towards completion of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the following areas: Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
