Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Science, Arts or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply data structuring, reporting frameworks, analytical tools, and data-driven decision making techniques.
• Document and execute end-to-end workflows for item and vendor data acquisition, quality assurance, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate vendor and material data maintenance through cross-functional collaboration with Category, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Shadow roles across the organization to explore career paths and participate in mentorship and networking opportunities.

Working alongside our Category Support team that serves our customers, employees, and partners across North America and Canada.

Collaborating with other Gordon Food Service interns and employees in the following areas:

• Supply Chain
• Sales

Build a Career:

In the Category Support department by:

• Learn and apply fundamental concepts of data structuring, reporting frameworks, analytical tools, and data-driven decision-making techniques.
• Understand, document, and execute end-to-end workflows for item and vendor data acquisition, quality assurance, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate Vendor and Material data maintenance activities through cross-functional collaboration with Category, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
