Job summary

Food Lion is offering a Summer Internship Program in Marketing for students enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program. The 11-week paid internship provides hands-on experience across Marketing, Ecommerce, and Strategy & Innovation, with leadership mentoring and real project impact in stores.

Interns will gain skills in digital marketing, storytelling, and business development while supporting Food Lion’s Easy, Fresh, and Affordable strategy.

• Prepare end-of-program presentation to leaders

Program Overview

Internship positions are available for a broad range of challenging assignments. Our Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to learn more about the complex supermarket industry. Internship participants will have the ability to develop the leadership skills and business knowledge they will need to begin their career. This internship experience is an opportunity to work on projects that are meaningful and hands-on. Throughout the summer, interns will work in a team environment designed to promote and reward individuality, innovation, leadership, and strong business results.

Program Qualifications
