Food Lion offers an 11-week paid Summer Internship Program across Marketing, Ecommerce, and Strategy. Interns work on meaningful projects in a team environment that rewards leadership and results.

Housing is provided and transportation support is available if needed. Applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and have permanent employment authorization/US citizenship.

Program Overview

Internship positions are available for a broad range of challenging assignments. Our Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to learn more about the complex supermarket industry. Internship participants will have the ability to develop the leadership skills and business knowledge they will need to begin their career. This internship experience is an opportunity to work on projects that are meaningful and hands-on. Throughout the summer, interns will work in a team environment designed to promote and reward individuality, innovation, leadership, and strong business results.


Program Details

Program Qualifications


  • Minimum GPA 3.0 is required ***All applicants are expected to provide a copy of their transcript with their resume showing they meet this requirement****
