Job summary

Food Lion offers a 11-week paid summer internship with opportunities to learn about the supermarket industry and develop leadership and business knowledge. Housing is provided, and transportation is available if needed.

Interns will work on meaningful, hands-on projects and receive Lunch & Learn sessions with leaders. Participants must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, have at least a 3.0 GPA, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Program Overview

Internship positions are available for a broad range of challenging assignments. Our Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to learn more about the complex supermarket industry. Internship participants will have the ability to develop the leadership skills and business knowledge they will need to begin their career. This internship experience is an opportunity to work on projects that are meaningful and hands-on. Throughout the summer, interns will work in a team environment designed to promote and reward individuality, innovation, leadership, and strong business results.

Program Qualifications
