Job summary

Richard Group in Chicago is seeking an Innovation & Technology Intern to support evaluating, implementing, and optimizing technology across the organization. This full-time temporary program runs May 25, 2027 through July 30, 2027, offering hands-on experience in construction tech and data-driven solutions.

You will work with the Innovation & Technology team and stakeholders to analyze systems, document workflows, and identify opportunities to automate processes, contributing to real projects

Job Summary

The Innovation & Technology Intern will support Richard's efforts to evaluate, implement, and optimize technology across the organization. Working with the Innovation & Technology team and stakeholders throughout the company, the intern will gain exposure to construction technology, data analysis, business systems, process improvement, automation, and emerging technology. This internship is ideal for a student who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, analyzing how systems work, and identifying opportunities to make organizations more efficient.
