Richard is seeking an Innovation & Technology Intern to support evaluating, implementing, and optimizing technology across the organization. You will work with the Innovation & Technology team and stakeholders to gain exposure to construction technology, data analysis, business systems, process improvement, automation, and emerging technology.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with data visualization, automation, AI, programming, construction tech, or BI tools is a plus.

Job Summary

The Innovation & Technology Intern will support Richard's efforts to evaluate, implement, and optimize technology across the organization. Working with the Innovation & Technology team and stakeholders throughout the company, the intern will gain exposure to construction technology, data analysis, business systems, process improvement, automation, and emerging technology. This internship is ideal for a student who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, analyzing how systems work, and identifying opportunities to make organizations more efficient.
