Responsibilities

• Organize and plan leadership programs across the region.
• Create content and plan regional meetings, workshops, and projects.
• Prepare market research presentations and trend reports.
• Support talent management processes across the region.
• Assist in change management and roll-out of the new LMS and talent processes.
• Provide regional data analytics support for HR information.

• Organization and planning of leadership programs throughout the region.
• Content creation and planning of regional meetings, workshops, and projects.
• Preparation of market research presentations and trend reports.
• Supporting talent management processes throughout the region.
• Support in change management and implementation of new learning management system and new talent management processes.
• Regional support in using data analytics for HR information.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work part-time (25-29 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

• Field of Study: Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology.
• Business fluent English.
• Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Passionate about HR methods.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and maintain a positive attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Preferences:
  • Languages: German or Spanish language skills (fluent, oral and written).

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days.

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30. Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
