Job summary

BMW Group in Mountain View, CA is seeking an Intern in Product Management Innovations & Partnerships for Spring 2027 - Summer 2027. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new product opportunities and support cross-functional teams with external partners.

You will build relationships with Silicon Valley tech companies and help develop innovative business models with marketing, engineering, sales, and UX/design teams across BMW HQ and U.S. entities.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
• Prior BMW Group experience.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days at the Mountain View, CA location.

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $32.50.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $40.00.
