This internship is designed to provide meaningful, hands‑on experience that prepares students for a potential full‑time career with IBM Consulting upon graduation.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant Intern at IBM, you'll help organizations modernize financial processes, improve operational performance, and drive business transformation through technology, data, and innovation. As part of our Finance Transformation practice, you'll support initiatives focused on financial operations, business performance, reporting, process optimization, and digital transformation. No two projects are exactly alike—you could support clients across healthcare, financial services, public sector, retail, industrial, manufacturing, and more. Work side‑by‑side with experienced consultants, finance professionals, and technology specialists to solve real business challenges. Through mentorship, professional development, structured learning, AI‑enabled consulting, and hands‑on project experience, you'll build valuable consulting, business, and technology skills while gaining exposure to Fortune 500 clients.
