Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Intern Package Specialist (SAP Application Operations) at IBM, you'll gain hands-on experience helping organizations maintain, enhance, and optimize SAP-based enterprise systems through technology-enabled solutions. You'll work alongside experienced IBM professionals while developing practical business, analytical, and technology skills that prepare you for a future career in SAP application operations and enterprise consulting. As part of this opportunity, you will be aligned to the following practice: SAP Application Operations - focused on application support, managed services, system maintenance, enhancements, and operational excellence for SAP enterprise environments. Projects may include SAP application support, incident management, system testing, business process improvement, and managed service delivery. SAP is one of the world's leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, helping organizations manage procurement, supply chain operations, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, finance, and business performance.
