Job summary

Sr Snodgrass Pc in Conshohocken, PA invites undergrad accounting students to join our audit team for Summer 2027. This internship offers hands-on client work across nonprofit, financial institutions, employee benefit plans, manufacturing, and other industries.

The program runs May through July 2027, with hybrid work requiring 50% in-office presence and potential academic credit. You will gain practical audit experience while developing professional skills in a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Internship to start after sophomore or junior year of school; master's candidates considered.
• GPA 3.0 or greater preferred.
• Availability to work approximately 32 hours per week (Mon–Thu).
• Working towards a bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are seeking interns to join our audit team for the summer of 2027. Candidates selected for this position will gain hands-on experience performing various client work for our external audit group's clients, which may include non-profit, financial institutions (including SEC-registrants), employee benefit plan, manufacturing, and a variety of other clients. Internships will begin May 2027 and will end in July 2027.

Looking to earn academic credit for your internship? Snodgrass will work with you and your school on all necessary documentation and requirements.

Key Responsibilities of the Role May Include:

• Perform select sections and steps of the financial statement audit
• Maintain ongoing communication and keep firm management apprised of fieldwork status
• Accurately complete various projects and prepare reports/documents for management's review, using established firm policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• This internship is hybrid, meaning it will be a combination of remote and in-office work; candidates must be able to be in the office on a regular basis (minimum of 50% working in office)

Qualifications:

• Internship to start after candidate's sophomore or junior year of school; candidates completing their master's program will also be considered
• GPA 3.0 or greater is preferred
• Availability to work approximately 32 hours per week (Monday through Thursday)
• Working towards a bachelor's degree in accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel to clients
