Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking Intern Engineers to assist assigned department(s) and/or project(s) in basic engineering tasks across Bridge, Geotechnical, Traffic/Transportation, Roadway, Water Resources, Municipal and Inspection domains. This entry-level role supports engineers with research, design, and documentation activities while gaining exposure to infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an accredited engineering program with a basic understanding of engineering concepts,

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited post-secondary engineering program or equivalent.
• Good understanding of basic engineering and drawing concepts.
• Ability to perform basic engineering calculations and organize information for documents.

Responsibilities

• Assists engineer teams with tasks and duties.
• Assists with research, development and design of projects.
• Assists with preparation of engineering drawings and documents as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
