Job summary

Moog Inc. in Mineral Wells, TX is seeking a summer 2027 Design Engineering intern to contribute to Air Vehicle projects onsite. You will work with a team of engineers and gain hands-on experience solving real engineering challenges.

Applicants must be enrolled in Aerospace or related engineering programs with a 3.0 GPA, be willing to relocate, and have access to U.S. export-controlled information; relocation assistance and a structured internship will be provided.

Qualifications

The Air Vehicle Engineering team within our Military Aircraft Group is seeking a summer 2027 block intern. The intern will have an onsite work schedule in Mineral Wells, TX.

To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• Enrolled in an Aerospace Engineering and/or other relevant Engineering Bachelor's or Master's Degree program, at an accredited university.
• GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department.
• This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Students within the Moog U.S. Internship Program are expected to have a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

In This Role You Will

• Contribute to the preparation and execution of key Air Vehicle engineering tasks at Moog.
• Provide technical support to engineers, as needed.
• Work experience may include flight testing support, product certification, customer support, and/or component installation, based on the student's educational discipline.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
• Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.

Salary Range Transparency

Mineral Wells, TX $25.50–$31.00 Hourly
