Job summary

Moog is seeking a spring 2027 Intern in Design Engineering for the Air Vehicle Engineering team in Mineral Wells, TX. The intern will support engineering tasks, provide technical assistance, and may gain experience in flight testing, certification, and installation.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Aerospace Engineering with a 3.0+ GPA, willing to relocate, and prepared to work onsite, contributing to a collaborative, professional environment and Moog's reputation for engineering excellence.

• Enrolled in an Aerospace Engineering and/or other relevant Engineering Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with GPA
• This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation and execution of key Air Vehicle engineering tasks.
• Provide technical support to engineers, as needed.
• Work experience may include flight testing support, product certification, customer support, and/or component installation, based on the student's educational discipline.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
• Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.

Job Title: Intern, Design Engineering Reporting To: Manager, Engineering Work Schedule: Onsite – Mineral Wells, TX The Air Vehicle Engineering team within our Military Aircraft Group is seeking a spring 2027 block intern. The intern will have an onsite work schedule in Mineral Wells, TX. To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: Enrolled in an Aerospace Engineering and/or other relevant Engineering Bachelor's or Master's Degree program, at an accredited university. GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department. This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship. Students within the Moog U.S. Internship Program are expected to have a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Salary Range Transparency:

Mineral Wells, TX $25.50–$31.00 Hourly Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
