Responsibilities include observing denial processes, supporting SOP validation, and developing reporting solutions with BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn billing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with data and reports.
• Exposure to data analysis or BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Observe and analyze denial operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support SOP inventory management and validation activities.
• Assist with developing and maintaining reporting solutions and automated workflows.
• Analyze operational data and contribute to reporting, process improvement initiatives, and special projects.
