St. Luke’s is seeking an IAM intern to support the development and coordination of projects under the supervision of the Manager. The role involves assisting with audits, role reviews, and IAM documentation while gaining exposure to Active Directory and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the development and coordination of projects and activities under supervision of the Manager.
• Attend and contribute to department meetings, committees, systems and processes of department.
• Carry out assigned projects to completion, multitasking, and adapting to change.
• Accept assignments based on workload, priorities, needs, and the qualifications and competencies of self and other staff members.
• Maintain confidentiality in matters relating to company and employee information.
• Assist with access reviews and certification campaigns.
• Review and analyze role and entitlement assignments.
• Help document IAM processes and procedures.
• Assist with Saviynt governance activities.
• Support Active Directory and Entra ID cleanup efforts.
• Participate in identity-related audit preparation.
• Create dashboards and reporting metrics.
• Research IAM best practices and emerging trends.
• Support automation efforts using PowerShell, Python, or low-code tools.

• Attend and contribute to department meetings, committees, systems and processes of department.
