Job summary

Teknor Apex is seeking a Customer Service Automation & Data Analytics Intern to support the Customer Experience team by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation, AI, and data management. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to streamline processes and reduce manual work.

You will gain hands-on experience organizing and analyzing data, supporting automation initiatives, and helping implement improvements that enhance the customer

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Junior, senior, or graduate student preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL or Python preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support data entry, validation, and data cleanup to improve quality.
• Identify manual processes suitable for automation or AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows to increase efficiency.
• Organize and analyze data across multiple systems.
• Create reports and dashboards to support the team.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects.
