Job summary

Labcorp is inviting motivated students to join the 2027 Global Internship Program as a Customer Experience Intern, working remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana. This 11-week paid internship offers hands-on projects in customer feedback analysis, journey mapping, and cross-functional collaboration with exposure to senior leaders and enterprise-wide learning experiences.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Assist with customer journey mapping activities, including research, workshop preparation, and documentation.
• Help develop presentations, communications, and materials that support customer experience programs and culture initiatives.
• Analyze customer, operational, and survey data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement recommendations.
• Support the maintenance of CX resources, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that improve customer satisfaction and business performance

Work Schedule: Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday/ 40hrs per week

Job Responsibilities

• Support customer experience initiatives through customer feedback analysis, reporting, and insight generation.

Minimum Qualifications

About the Team

The Central Labs Customer Experience Team partners across the business to better understand customer needs and improve experiences across the end-to-end customer journey. We use research, customer feedback, journey mapping, analytics, and employee insights to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and support a customer-centric culture.

As an intern, you will gain exposure to strategic business initiatives while working on projects that help improve experiences for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare customers around the world.

Internship Details

• Duration: 11 weeks, full-time
• Dates of Internship: June 1, 2027-August 13, 2027

• Pay Range: $20 - $25/ hour
• All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Eligibility

Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
