• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

What You Will Do GFT is proud to sponsor and participate in the Penn State ASCE Tailgate and Construction Management recruiting events. This requisition has been created to support outreach efforts associated with these events and to help identify talented individuals interested in internship opportunities within our Construction Services practice. As a Construction Management Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting transportation and infrastructure projects while working alongside experienced construction managers, engineers, and inspectors. Through mentorship, field exposure, and meaningful project assignments, you will develop the technical and professional skills necessary for a successful career in the construction industry. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $21.00 - $28.00. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
