Job summary

Clarins Usa, Inc. is seeking a Communications & PR Intern in New York, NY. The 35-hour-per-week internship begins February 2027 and requires in-person attendance in New York City.

You will support the Director, Communications on projects and events and assist the team with requests. This role offers exposure to global beauty communications and a hands-on learning environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Communications; motivated to explore this world.

Responsibilities

• Keep the product closet fulfilled and organized; assist with sample trafficking and tracking.
• Execute influencer gifting strategy by reaching out to talents, coordinating with partners, and shipping PR mailers.
• Monitor, track and compile press and organic social results; update monthly PR reports for General Managers and Executives.
• Support the team in event planning.
• Coordinate creative projects with the creative departments and organize final assets on the drive.

Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Communications & PR Intern based in New York! The internship will begin in February 2027 and will be 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

The role:

You will support the Director, Communications on various projects and events and help the overall Communications team with specific requests.

What you’ll do:

In an environment where digital presence, innovation, and flexibility to reach our target audience is critical, join us to learn and discover firsthand how the communications department works in a global beauty company.

• Keep the product closet fulfilled and organized and assist with sample trafficking and tracking.
• Execute Influencer gifting strategy by reaching out to talents, coordinating conversations with partners, and building and shipping PR mailers.
• Monitor, track and compile press and organic social results, and update monthly PR reports for Clarins’ General Managers and Executives.
• Support the team in event planning.
• Coordinate creative projects with the creative departments and organize final creative assets on the team’s drive.
