Responsibilities

• Assist the FP&A team with monthly sales and P&L reporting, analysis, and planning.
• Provide support to business partners through monthly actuals and budgeting processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to finance and business teams.
• Extract and analyze data from multiple datasets.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing and maintaining reports and processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as needed.

The role:

You will support the FP&A team by providing the business with analysis and insights in order to drive informed decisions to reach our financial goals and ensure the long‑term stability and profitability of the business.

What you’ll do:

In an environment where everything is fast‑paced, you will contribute to all 5 pillars of the group strategy: people‑centric, brand‑build, consumer‑obsessed, digitally minded, and committed to responsible beauty. You will be a contributor in managing the P&L and providing support to the business working mainly on the E‑Commerce, CRM, and media scope. You will help improve financial performance and assist in instilling a ROI mindset within the organization.

• Assist the FP&A team with monthly sales and P&L reporting, analysis, and planning.
• Provide support to business partners through the monthly actuals and budgeting processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to finance and business teams. Extract and analyze data from multiple datasets.

You have:

• 0-2 years prior experience in a financial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, LOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.
