Responsibilities

• Support Quality Control by helping identify, track, and resolve field quality issues to meet IMC standards.
• Coordinate materials and deliveries with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects moving.
• Assist with scheduling by confirming manpower, material deliveries, and supplier availability.
• Track field costs and changes by monitoring work orders, change requests, and project events.
• Support daily project operations with site walks, reports, quantity tracking, and schedule updates.
• Facilitate communication by coordinating with subcontractors on upcoming responsibilities.
• Promote safety excellence through involvement in safety programs, inspections, and compliance.
• Support site logistics by developing and maintaining site plans for temporary facilities.
• Monitor project reporting through documentation, photos, and records.

What You'll Do

• Support Quality Control Assist the project team in identifying, tracking, and resolving field quality control issues while helping ensure work meets IMC standards.

• Assist with Scheduling Support short-range scheduling efforts by confirming manpower levels, material deliveries, and supplier availability.
