Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in a construction-related degree or certification.
• Strong interest in commercial construction and field operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate with project teams and trade partners.

• Proficiency with computer applications and willingness to learn construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Control by helping identify, track, and resolve field quality issues to meet IMC standards.
• Coordinate materials and deliveries with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects moving.
• Assist with scheduling by confirming manpower, material deliveries, and supplier availability.
• Track field costs and changes by monitoring work orders, change requests, and project events.
• Support daily project operations with site walks, reports, quantity tracking, and schedule updates.
• Facilitate communication by coordinating with subcontractors on upcoming responsibilities.
• Promote safety excellence through involvement in safety programs, inspections, and compliance.
• Support site logistics by developing and maintaining site plans for temporary facilities.
• Monitor project reporting through documentation, photos, and records.
