Job summary

Bombardier US Aerostructures is seeking a Data Analyst Intern/Co-op to perform detailed data analysis, KPI monitoring, and support the creation of dashboards. You will organize and analyze operational data to inform business decisions and participate in process-improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, data collection excellence, and collaboration across organizational levels, including regulatory interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Pursuing a technical degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering or a quality related discipline (graduation date of 2026 - 2028).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent skills in data collection and analysis to identify systemic issues.
• Experience in root cause and corrective action.
• Familiar with tools such as DMAIC, 8D, 5-Whys, Six-Sigma, etc

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain virtual dashboards and reporting tools.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
• Performa detailed data analysis.
• Coordinate and communicate with all levels within the organization, as well as regulatory agencies.

• Identify non value-added activities and suggest improvement methods.
• Support corrective action process and coordinate related activities.
