L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY is seeking an Intern in Central Sales to support RFQ responses, pricing data and proposal coordination. You will help ensure quotes align with technical requirements and customer needs while gaining exposure to global sales activities.

As an intern, you will assist in coordinating demonstrations, hosting visiting customers, and supporting program managers on large opportunities, with a focus on learning and growth within a defense tech context.

Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

• Provide quotes/responses/proformas on Request for Quotes (RFQs).
• Review all quotes for technical configuration compatibility with attention to part no. obsolescence.
• Assist program manager on large RFQ’s/proposal efforts.
• Ensure all quotes and opportunities are successfully maintained with pricing and shipping date information from inception to booking.
• Provide technical support/answers to customers and dealers technical requests.
• Product demonstration lead for international demonstrations.
• Assist in hosting customers visiting Rochester for Sales and Program efforts.
• Obtain delivery schedule requests from Bill and Hold (B&P) for contractual delivery obligations

Some things to include if needed / depending on the role:

• Travel requirements with an estimated % or quantitative amount
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to complete physical tasks

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $18.50/hr - $36.50/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
