Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Digital Strategy Marketing Intern to join the Marketing Analytics team. You will help turn data into clear dashboards and insights that influence sales and marketing decisions.

The role provides exposure to upper management, mentoring, and real-world project experience. A Master’s student in Analytics or related field is ideal, with strong GPA and BI/SQL familiarity.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Master’s in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (GA4), BI tools (Power BI), or SQL/database concepts.
• Strong presentation and communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Enhance data gathering, integration, and analysis across digital touchpoints (web analytics, campaigns).
• Build dashboards in Power BI transforming raw data into insights for stakeholders.

• Track KPIs and translate into campaign improvements.

Digital Strategy Marketing Intern

The Marketing Analytics team at Qorvo empowers business leaders with the data, tools, and insights they need to make smarter decisions. We turn complex information into clear, actionable dashboards and reports that enhance the customer journey and drive growth across sales and marketing. Responsibilities

This internship is designed for individuals who are excited about:

• Using data to shape and refine sales and marketing strategies that influence real business outcomes.
• Enhancing how Qorvo gathers, integrates, and analyzes information across digital touchpoints, including web analytics (GA4) and marketing campaigns.
• Building dashboards in Power BI that transform raw data into intuitive insights for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Exploring modern data platforms (Databricks and others) to prepare, clean, and organize data for analysis.
• Delivering reporting that helps teams move quickly with confidence, and teaching others to use dashboards effectively.
• Tracking KPIs and performance metrics, then translating them into recommendations for campaign and program improvement.
• Approaching problems with curiosity—testing, iterating, and proposing innovative solutions to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Master’s in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher).
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: web analytics tools (e.g., GA4), BI tools (e.g., Power BI), or SQL/database concepts.
• Comfortable presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Desired Experience and Skills

• Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report publishing).
• Basic proficiency in SQL and/or Python for querying and preparing data.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Exposure to MarTech/CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
• Previous internship or project experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or data science.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive to solve ambiguous problems.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $29.00 - $49.00 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $23.00 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
