Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (no CDL required).
• Open availability for swing or night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Climb ladders/stairs on railcars and perform inspections.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Must pass background, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive hostlers and big rigs to move containers and chassis.
• Connect and disconnect hitches and air hoses safely.
• Climb railcars and perform pre/post-use inspections.
• Coordinate moves with yard personnel and supervisors.
