Job summary

Schneider National is seeking an experienced intermodal driver to haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis within the Kansas City area. 100% no-touch freight that is 90% drop-and-hook, with routes within 300 miles of Kansas City, KS. On-duty pay includes mileage and load pay plus hourly pay when not driving.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver'sLicense (CDL-A).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 100 miles of Kansas City, KS, to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Operate intermodal equipment with 100% no-touch freight and mostly drop-and-hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards within 300 miles of Kansas City, KS.
