Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring for an Operations Manager to support day-to-day depot operations with a focus on safety, performance, and productivity. You will lead the team, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and drive KPI performance while meeting customer commitments and managing inventory and procurement.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of successful management experience.
• Understanding of intermodal equipment operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of depot staff to ensure a safe and productive workplace.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
• Monitor operations to keep KPIs within standards.
• Meet customer needs and commitments.
• Oversee procurement to maintain working inventory.
• Collaborate with leaders to set goals for production, profitability, safety, and compliance.
