Interns engage in daily problem solving with the Intermodal carrier base, learn EDGE TMS and Tableau tools, and assist with fleet/equipment needs while networking with leaders and participating in development activities.

Qualifications

• Currently attending an accredited college or university as a junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Logistics/Transportation, Management, or Marketing.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication and problem solving with our Intermodal carrier base.
• Tracking and tracing of Intermodal dray shipments.
• Collaboration with Werner departments to resolve issues and assist with fleet/equipment needs.
• System training including Werner’s EDGE TMS, Blume, Tableau, Railroad websites, and Skybitz.
