Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Inc. in the United States (Georgia) seeks a procurement support specialist to assist truck rate procurement and oversee drayage operations for North America.

You will interact with regional stations, Finance, Pricing, Sales, and other functions to ensure efficient drayage activities and billing. The role emphasizes data accuracy, KPI monitoring, and cost reduction opportunities while adhering to Hellmann policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years intermodal/drayage operations experience preferred.
• 1–3 years seafreight operations experience desired.
• Familiarity with Hellogic, Outlook and Business Objects is a plus.
• Experience with compliance projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of truck rates.
• Day-to-day operational management of Compcare / VI.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Share best practices for quality control across North America.
• Assist in vendor invoice reconciliation and KPI monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
