Dunavant-Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Owner Operator Intermodal/Drayage Recruiter in Savannah, GA.

You will source, screen, and contract qualified owner operators to support container drayage and intermodal freight operations from our Savannah terminal. You will ensure regulatory compliance, credentialing (including TWIC and port access), equipment verification, and contract terms before hauling freight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in intermodal/drayage recruiting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and recruit owner operators to contract with the terminal.
• Screen candidates' MVR, safety, and CSA scores for eligibility.
• Coordinate drug/alcohol screening and background checks.
• Explain pay structure and contract terms to applicants.
• Maintain owner operator records and profiles in ATS and dispatch systems.
