Job summary

Schneider National is hiring a full-time Intermodal Driver in the Jonesboro area of Arkansas. You will haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis with 100% no-touch work and a high drop-and-hook ratio, supporting rail-yard operations across AR, IL, MS and TN.

We offer mileage and load pay plus on-duty hourly pay, paid orientation, PTO after six months, annual bonus up to 3% of gross pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsements strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of West Memphis, AR.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Operate 100% no-touch freight with about 80% drop-and-hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards across AR, IL, MS, and TN.
