Job summary

Schneider National is hiring intermodal drivers to haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. This 100% no-touch operation is 80% drop-and-hook and carries a mix of mileage and load pay, with on-duty hourly pay when not driving.

Drivers operate in AR, IL, MS and TN, with paid orientation, time off after six months, and an annual bonus up to 3% of gross pay. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement for qualified

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsements strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of West Memphis, AR.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Drive in and out of railyards within AR, IL, MS and TN.
• Maintain safe driving practices and reliable on-time delivery.
