Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care for infants, children, and adolescents in the Arizona area. The RN will administer medications and therapies, document care activities, and coordinate with physicians and families to meet patient needs.

The role emphasizes education of patients and families, along with delivering holistic home-based nursing services to diverse populations. Arizona licensing and good standing are required.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing is required.
• Attention to Detail is essential for accurate care.
• Time Management skills are necessary for scheduling visits and treatments.
• Good organization and effective communication are critical in home health.
• Home Health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and adolescents per the plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care.
• Educate patient and family on disease process, self-care techniques, prevention and care needs.
