EQUILIBRIUM is a pioneering structural engineering firm known for mass timber and a commitment to reducing embodied carbon. We are expanding our US team with a sixth engineer, based in Sandy Springs, GA, and serving projects nationwide.

This role requires a minimum of four years in designing architecturally-focused buildings and a passion for innovative structural solutions. We design buildings with a strong architectural emphasis, leverage timber as a primary material, and strive to advance

EQUILIBRIUM is a pioneering structural engineering firm, well-versed in all materials but known for our expertise in mass timber. I established EQUILIBRIUM's first US office in Sandy Springs, GA in 2023. Today we are looking to add a sixth engineer to our US-based team.

We design architecturally-focused buildings.

We drive down embodied carbon in our designs.

We work all over the country (and sometimes beyond).

We don't use the phrase "because that's how we've always done it."
