We take on projects that make other firms ask, "Wait, how did they do that?" - and in Portland, that question comes up a lot.

Your Impact:

  • Design innovative building structures across multiple materials, with strong exposure to mass timber and CLT in the region that's defining how the world builds with wood
  • Apply your expertise in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood on projects ranging from mid-rise residential to civic and commercial
  • Collaborate with dynamic project teams across our US and New Zealand network
  • Contribute to sustainable and resilient design solutions in a city that takes both extremely seriously

You'll Be A Great Fit If You Have:

  • Proficiency in ETABS, SAP, RISA
  • A collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset
