The Role:

My client is seeking an ambitious and determined Project Manager to join their ever-growing team in Sheffield. The successful Project Manager will be handling a variety of projects across sectors including, but not limited to, Residential, Commercial, Education, and Regeneration. They should be confident in managing projects autonomously and serving as the main point of contact between clients and contractors.

The Candidate:

• Consultancy background is preferred, but candidates with a mixed professional background will also be considered.
• Currently pursuing your APC (desired but not essential).
• Knowledge of the full construction process, from inception to completion.
• Experience with projects in property-based sectors.
