As a member of the Sales Management team for North America, the Intermediate Rep Manager is responsible for coaching and developing sales representatives with 9-36 months of tenure. This role focuses on helping representatives build a sustainable and profitable account base while deepening their expertise in our products, programs, and value‑added services. Through hands‑on support, training, and performance tracking, the manager ensures representatives continue progressing toward full productivity and long‑term success in the field.

Excellence as an Intermediate Rep Manager is defined by the ability to develop 10 Inner Circle‑achieving reps while producing weekly average training trips of $12,500 and maintaining a personal book of business valuing at $100K.
