Qualifications

• NCIDQ certification preferred; experience across multiple project types is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documents, detailing, and interior specifications.
• Prepare FF&E packages, including documentation and specifications.
• Present design concepts and solutions to clients and project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple project tasks and coordinate with team members with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and other project team members to ensure design intent carries through to execution.
