Technology Automation & Management (TeAM), Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Cybersecurity Analyst (Software Assurance) for the PAE Fires IT Support contract at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

This role focuses on appsec and supply chain security, including SBOM management, DISA STIG and OWASP Top 10 compliance across DevSecOps environments. Qualified candidates will have 5–10 years of cybersecurity or secure software development experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, IAT Level II,

Qualifications

• Experience in application security testing and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience verifying DISA STIG compliance and SBOM management.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and secure software development practices.
• Active SECRET clearance required.

Position Responsibility Summary

• Primary Function - AppSec & Supply Chain (PWS 1.16.4.4, 1.16.4.5): Implements the software assurance program, including static code analysis, DISA APP DEV STIG compliance, OWASP Top 10 mitigation, and SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) management. Maintains the Hardware Baseline Inventory to ensure no vulnerabilities are introduced through software or hardware supply chains.
• Cross-Functional DevSecOps Integration (PWS 1.16.7.3): Cross-trained in Software Development security practices to embed directly with the Development team during sprint cycles. Enables real-time code reviews, security assessments of application authorization controls, and immediate identification of vulnerabilities within development, staging, and production environments. Allows security validation to occur concurrently with development, catching OWASP Top 10 violations, unauthorized FOSS components, and access control misconfigurations before they reach production.

Position Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Experience: Application security testing (SAST/DAST); verifying DISA Application Security and Development STIG compliance; OWASP Top 10 vulnerability remediation; generating and managing SBOMs.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: IAT Level II certification required per DoDM 8140.03.
• Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years of cybersecurity or secure software development experience.
• Security Clearance: Active SECRET clearance.

Duty Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama 35898

Work Arrangement: On-site (embedded within the OCIO); situational telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis with COR/KO approval

Travel Requirements: CONUS travel may be required; all travel requires prior written COR approval per JTR/FAR 31.205-46
